This years annual girls football tournament was hosted once again at

Ferndale Leisure Centre.

This year we had a combined tournament involving a Year 5/6 compitition with a Year 3/4 alongside. The weather was bright and welcoming after the previous week giving us unpredictable weather and bitter cold temperatures. Excitement was high from the start and all schools really took part with great spirit. Congratulations to St Bernadette's who ran out Year 5/6 winners securing the cup, against a very talented and competitive Camelot side. In the Year 3/4 Competition the final consisted of Streatham Wells & Judith Kerr with Streatham Wells clinching glory after a sudden death penalty shootout. I hope that all attendees enjoyed the event and left feeling a little more inspired to continue with their football.
